The Role
You'll manage an existing portfolio of clients, taking ownership of the day-to-day delivery of their digital marketing while helping shape the longer-term strategy that drives sustainable growth.
The role combines hands-on delivery with strategic thinking. Alongside optimising client strategies and PPC campaigns, you'll work closely with our SEO, Content, Web and Creative teams to ensure every marketing channel is aligned and delivers measurable commercial results.
You'll become the link between our clients and our specialist teams, translating business objectives into effective digital strategies and ensuring exceptional delivery across every channel.
Regular client meetings, performance reviews and strategic planning sessions will allow you to build trusted relationships and become a valued extension of your clients' businesses.
What You'll Be Doing
- Build strong, long-term relationships with a portfolio of clients
- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns across Google Ads
- Develop digital marketing strategies aligned to clients' commercial objectives
- Lead regular client meetings, presenting performance, insights and future recommendations
- Work collaboratively with our SEO, Content, Web and Creative teams to deliver joined-up marketing strategies and measure them against set KPIs
- Monitor KPIs, analyse performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Support clients' wider marketing activity alignment with business goals
- With the team, turn data into a compelling strategy reports
- Identify opportunities to introduce additional services where they create genuine value for the client
About You
Relationships are at the heart of this role.
We're looking for someone who enjoys understanding businesses, building trust and becoming a genuine adviser to their clients.
You'll be equally comfortable discussing campaign performance, developing strategy and presenting recommendations to business owners and senior decision-makers.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience in a hands-on agency Account Management, Digital Marketing or PPC role
- Thrive on building positive client relationships
- Working knowledge of Google Ads
- A broad understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, websites, social media, user journeys and lead generation
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- A strategic, commercially minded approach
- A proactive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding client results
Whilst PPC experience is important, we're looking for someone who understands the bigger picture and can confidently connect marketing activities with commercial objectives.
