Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team, in and across the Northants area.
As an integral part of our events, you will play a key role in ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience. This position is ideal for individuals with a passion for hospitality and guest services, as well as those looking to develop their management skills in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all areas are prepared and presentable.
- Assist with car parking, traffic direction and traffic marshalling across the duration of various events.
- Provide exceptional guest services by welcoming attendees, answering queries, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during events, including managing crowd flow and assisting with logistics.
- Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality or guest services is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
- A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and managing unexpected situations.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
- The ability to drive/facilitate your own transport is a bonus!

Pay: £13.45 per hour
