We are looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Sales Administrator, Trainee Estimator, or Apprentice. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in administration, sales support, and estimating within a growing business.
The position will initially be on a part-time basis, with the potential to progress into a full-time role for the right candidate/apprentice
The Role
You will support the sales and estimating teams by:
- Preparing quotations and estimates for customers
- Processing enquiries and sales orders
- Communicating with customers via phone and email
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Assisting with pricing and cost calculations
- Providing general administrative support
What We're Looking For
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Positive attitude and reliable work ethic
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English are desirable
