Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

About the Role

We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our busy Recovery team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment, providing outstanding customer service, and supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business.

You'll play a key role in processing customer orders, responding to enquiries, maintaining accurate records, and supporting colleagues across the business. If you're a proactive individual with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Processing customer orders received via telephone and email.
Responding to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems.
Assist with credit control investigations.
Raising purchase orders.
Supporting managers with general administration and office duties.
Working closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.

About You

We're looking for someone who:
Has previous administration experience in a busy office environment.
Has excellent communication and customer service skills.
Is organised, accurate and has strong attention to detail.
Has credit control experience.
Is confident using Microsoft Office (Navision experience is an advantage).
Works well independently and as part of a team.
Has a positive, can-do attitude and is keen to learn.
