Trainee Telesales Executive Full-Time | Leigh

Are you confident on the phone, enjoy speaking to people and want to build a career in sales?

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Telesales Executive to join our growing team in Leigh.

No previous telesales experience is required. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, confidence and ambition who wants to develop their skills and build a successful career in B2B sales.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided.

The Role

As a Trainee Telesales Executive, you'll be responsible for contacting businesses from our supplied database and introducing them to our services.

Your primary objective will be to generate quality appointments for our Account Managers.

You'll receive training in:

B2B telesales
Prospecting and cold calling
Building rapport with business owners and decision-makers
Identifying customer requirements
Handling objections
Booking quality sales appointments
Managing a sales pipeline
Working towards targets
Developing long-term customer relationships

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is:

Confident and comfortable speaking on the phone
Friendly with a good telephone manner
Ambitious and motivated to succeed
Target driven and competitive
Self-motivated and organised
A strong communicator
Customer focused
Keen to learn and develop a career in sales

Previous telesales or sales experience is an advantage but is not essential. Full training will be provided.
