Direct2Market is a fast-growing, data-led eCommerce business selling builders' hardware across the UK through our own brands (including tradefit.uk) and marketplaces (Amazon, eBay and B&Q). We are great at winning customers. Now we want to grow the value of every one we win, and that is your job.

As our CRM & Retention Marketing Executive, you will own our email and lifecycle program end-to-end and turn one-time buyers into repeat customers.

What you'll do

Build and optimise lifecycle flows: welcome, post-purchase, replenishment, re-engagement, and win-back
Segment the customer base and decide who gets what message, when and why
Own the email/CRM calendar, messaging and copy across our brands and marketplaces
Grow the numbers that matter: repeat-purchase rate, customer lifetime value, retention and email revenue
Test, learn, and report results clearly

What you'll bring

3+ years hands-on in CRM, lifecycle, email or retention marketing (with real ownership, not just "involved in")
Hands-on with an email/CRM platform (Klaviyo, Dotdigital, Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar) and able to say what you have actually built
Real experience of lifecycle flows, segmentation and the retention metrics you have moved
Experience marketing physical products sold online (retail eCommerce, not only B2B or SaaS)
Commercial, data-confident, organised and proactive

Please note: this is a CRM and retention role, not a paid-media or SEO role. Those are handled elsewhere. If your strength is PPC, social or SEO, this will not be the right fit.
