We’re hiring registered healthcare professionals in Milton Keynes to join a growing team as Functional Assessors — a role where you’ll use your clinical expertise in a structured, non-treatment environment.

- NMC Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
- HCPC Registered Professionals:

- Physiotherapists
Minimum 12 months’ recent UK post-qualification experience
Full UK right to work (no sponsorship available)
The role – What you’ll be doing
You’ll carry out functional assessments for individuals applying for Personal Independence Payment (PIP) or Work Capability Assessment (WCA)
- Conduct face-to-face and remote assessments in the Milton Keynes area
- Assess individuals with physical and mental health conditions
- Apply your clinical knowledge + medical evidence to each case
- Produce clear, evidence-based reports
- Help determine how conditions impact daily living
No treatments. No ward work. No emergencies.

What you’ll need
- Strong clinical knowledge (physical + mental health)
- Good IT skills (report writing is ~50% of role)
- Ability to commute to Milton Keynes site 2 days per week
- Confident communication and decision-making skills
Training & support
- 12-week structured training programme
- Must commit to full-time training (first 6 weeks without leave)
- Ongoing CPD + revalidation support
