Full job description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Construction Contracts Manager to join TCi (GB) Ltd and support our growing portfolio of projects.

This role is responsible for managing contracts and supporting the successful delivery of projects.

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage contract lifecycle, including NEC3 administration, change control, and final accounts
Provide contractual advice and manage risks, variations, and compensation events
Support cost control, reporting, and subcontract management
Lead on contract communication and dispute avoidance/resolution
Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from inception to completion
Monitor programme, budget, and progress, implementing corrective actions as required
Oversee procurement, design coordination, and day-to-day site activities
Manage project changes while protecting contractual entitlement
Lead project, site, and commercial teams to achieve delivery objectives
Liaise with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners
Define roles, manage performance, and support recruitment where needed
Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, company procedures, and statutory requirements
Promote safe working practices across all project activities
Oversee and manage supply chain
Oversee and manage estimating, pricing and QS duties
Manage and oversee HS&E alongside HS&E manager
Manage client expectations
Maintain and lead business development
Appoint and line manage support roles as and when required
Report concerns and issues to the director
Produce weekly/monthly reports on progress, change, commercials
Produce and manage programmes via MSP

Qualifications/Knowledge/Skills/Experience

Experience in Contracts Manager, Project Manager, or similar senior role within construction – values ranging from £10k - £5m
NEC contract administration knowledge
Good commercial, contractual, and project delivery understanding
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Team work values
Client relationship skills

Desirable

Degree in Construction, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or related field
Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, APM) or equivalent
Project management qualification (PRINCE2, APM)
CEMAR experience
Business development
5 years plus contract management experience

Additional Requirements

Ability to pass D&A testing and BPSS vetting
Right to work in the UK
Full UK driving licence
