Full job description

Temporary Warehouse Picker/Packer – 10 Positions

Location: City Centre HR1 2DY
Contract: Temporary – until the end of December
Shift Pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off
Hours: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Positions Available: 10

About the Role

We are currently looking for 10 reliable and hardworking Warehouse Picker/Packers to join our team on a temporary basis until the end of December.

Based in a city centre location with excellent transport links, this is a great opportunity for individuals looking for temporary work with a consistent shift pattern.

You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing and preparing customer orders for dispatch, while maintaining a high standard of accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Picking products accurately from warehouse locations.
Packing customer orders ready for dispatch.
Checking orders for accuracy and quality.
Labelling and preparing parcels for collection or delivery.
Maintaining a clean, tidy and organised working environment.
Following warehouse health & safety procedures.
Working efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines.
Supporting other warehouse duties as required.

About You

We are looking for people who are:

Reliable and punctual.
Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet throughout the shift.
Able to work accurately and efficiently in a busy environment.
Comfortable working as part of a team.
Able to follow instructions and warehouse procedures.
Available to work the 4-on, 4-off shift pattern from 8am–6pm.
Previous warehouse, picking or packing experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.
