Full job description

Job Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced receptionist or administrator who enjoys working in a professional environment and wants to be part of a supportive legal team.

You will be responsible for managing the front desk, handling client enquiries and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the office.

Key Responsibilities

Welcoming clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answering and directing telephone calls.
Managing incoming and outgoing post.
Assisting with opening new client files and administrative processes.
Scanning, printing, copying and filing documents.
Updating records and maintaining accurate client information.
Assisting solicitors and legal executives with general administration.
Managing meeting room bookings and appointments.
Providing a high standard of client service while maintaining confidentiality.

About You

We are looking for someone who is:

Professional, friendly and approachable.
Organised with excellent attention to detail.
Confident communicating with clients and colleagues.
Reliable and able to work independently.
Comfortable managing a busy reception environment.

Essential Experience

Previous reception or administrative experience.
Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.

Desirable Experience

Previous experience working within a law firm or professional services environment.
Experience using the LEAP legal case management system.

Pay: £12.71-£13.10 per hour
