Marketing & Administration Executive
As our Motor Dealer Marketing & Administration Executive, you will play a central role in developing our brands, coordinating marketing activity, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day administration of our sales operation. This is a varied, hands-on position combining digital marketing, content creation, website management, customer communications, and sales administration. Working closely with the Director, you'll help drive brand awareness, generate enquiries, support the sales process, and deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through to vehicle handover.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Brand Development
- Plan, coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns across social media, email, website and blog channels, working alongside the Director and external marketing partners.
- Create engaging, high-quality content including photography, videos, reels, brochures, blogs, landing pages, vehicle features, promotional campaigns and company news.
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok by planning content calendars, scheduling posts, engaging with followers and monitoring performance.
- Develop campaigns designed to increase brand awareness, website traffic and customer enquiries.
- Build relationships with complementary brands, influencers and media partners to create collaborative campaigns, competitions and promotional opportunities.
- Capture engaging content on location, including vehicle tours, customer stories, road trips and lifestyle features that showcase the campervan experience.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements to maximise engagement and lead generation.
Administration & Sales Support
- Provide administrative support throughout the customer journey, ensuring all customer records, documentation and vehicle files are accurate and up to date.
- Manage customer enquiries received via phone, email, website and social media, messaging platforms, ensuring prompt responses and effective follow-up using the CRM system.
- Coordinate appointments, vehicle handovers and customer communications while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
- Prepare sales paperwork, finance documentation and vehicle administration in line with company procedures.
- Maintain accurate records across CRM systems and internal databases to support efficient business operations.
- Assist with stock management, vehicle preparation schedules and internal reporting.
- Ensure the showroom, marketing materials and customer-facing displays are presented to the highest standard.
Website & Digital Platforms
- Maintain accurate and engaging vehicle listings across AutoTrader, eBay Motors and the company website using high-quality photography and compelling descriptions.
- Update vehicle stock, promotions, blogs and website content using WordPress CMS.
- Monitor website content to ensure listings remain accurate, current and visually engaging.
- Support ongoing website improvements to enhance customer experience and online enquiry generation.
Customer Experience
- Provide knowledgeable support to customers throughout their buying journey, assisting with vehicle information and product enquiries.
- Build strong customer relationships from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and aftersales communication.
- Support the sales team in converting enquiries into sales by maintaining excellent customer engagement and follow-up.
About You
- Previous experience is required, in a marketing, administration or customer-focused role, ideally within the Motor Trade, eg: Campervan, leisure vehicle or automotive sector, and commercial vehicles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident creating engaging social media, photography and video content.
- Experienced using CRM systems, Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
- Familiar with WordPress or similar content management systems (desirable).
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Commercially aware with a proactive, positive approach.
- Full UK driving licence.

Pay: £24,420.00-£40,671.27 per year
