As a Senior Therapist you’ll become a trusted expert for our clients, delivering exceptional treatments while helping shape the future of our treatment offering.
You’ll work alongside an ambitious, supportive team in a salon where education isn’t an occasional event—it’s part of everyday life.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering exceptional advanced facial and skin treatments
- Performing expert waxing, intimate waxing, brows and lash services
- Providing outstanding consultations and bespoke treatment plans
- Building long-term relationships with loyal clients
- Confidently recommending homecare and treatment programmes
- Maintaining the impeccable standards Duchess Lounge is known for
- Supporting and inspiring less experienced team members where appropriate
- Continuing to develop your own knowledge through ongoing education
About You
You’ll already be an experienced therapist who takes enormous pride in your work.
You genuinely care about your clients.
You’re fascinated by skin.
You enjoy learning.
You don’t settle for “good enough.”
Essential
- Level 3 Beauty Therapy qualification (or equivalent)
- Electrical facial qualification
- Minimum 3 years’ salon experience
- Excellent knowledge of advanced skincare
- Confident in waxing, intimate waxing, brows and lash treatments
- Exceptional client care and consultation skills
- Professional, reliable and highly organised
- Strong retail and treatment recommendation skills
We’d Love It If You Also Have
Experience in:
- CACI
- Advanced skin treatments
- Skin Rocks
- Massage
- Training or mentoring junior therapists
(Additional training can be provided for the right candidate.)
