Vanilla Retail Group is a leading fashion concession business behind the successful Blue Vanilla and Pink Vanilla brands. We are passionate about delivering the latest trends through our retail partners and are looking for an enthusiastic, commercially focused Area Concession Manager to join our growing team.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a portfolio of concessions across New Look and Matalan stores in and around the Dundee and Aberdeen areas of Scotland .If you enjoy delivering great retail standards, building strong relationships and driving commercial results, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As an Area Concession Manager, you will be responsible for driving the performance of your stores by maintaining exceptional merchandising standards, ensuring stock availability and building strong relationships with our retail partners.
You'll have the autonomy to manage your own region while being supported by an experienced retail team.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and achieve KPI targets across your concessions.
- Deliver outstanding visual merchandising in line with Blue Vanilla and Pink Vanilla brand standards.
- Replenish stock and maintain strong product availability.
- Complete stock takes and support inventory accuracy.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with Store Managers and retail colleagues.
- Ensure every concession is commercially presented and customer-ready.
- Identify opportunities to improve sales and maximise commercial performance.
- Travel regularly between your assigned stores.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in fashion retail, ideally within a concession or multi-site environment.
- Passionate about fashion and current retail trends.
- Confident in visual merchandising with excellent attention to detail.
- Commercially aware with a strong focus on sales and customer experience.
- Highly organised and able to prioritise a varied workload.
- A confident communicator who builds positive working relationships.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
- Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.

Pay: £12.71-£13.20 per hour
