Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring the highest standards of food safety and presentation. Duties

Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to established recipes and standards
Oversee specific sections of the kitchen, such as grill, starters and pastry
Ensure all food preparation complies with food safety and hygiene regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations throughout shifts
Ensure timely delivery of dishes during service periods, maintaining quality standards

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a professional kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and meal preparation processes
Familiarity with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy setting
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
