RECEPTIONIST / SECRETARY / ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

PART-TIME – 20-24 HOURS PER WEEK OVER 5 DAYS - CORE HOURS BUT CAN BE FLEXIBLE

SALARY - DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE

We are an independent firm of chartered accountants based in Warrington Town Centre.

The right candidate should have good administration skills and a positive enthusiastic and flexible attitude. Responsibilities include:

Providing secretarial support to the Partners and office staff (using Microsoft programmes)
Handling incoming telephone calls through main switchboard system
Liaising with internal departments and dealing with any queries
Assisting departments with scanning and photocopying
Greeting and announcing visitors promptly
Maintaining a tidy and efficient Reception area
Making refreshments for visitors
Receiving, opening incoming mail
Handling outgoing mail
Petty Cash
Banking
Managing stationery orders

Required Skills/Experience:

Good interpersonal skills
Good communication/strong organisational skills
Ability to perform under pressure
Minimum 4 GCSE passes at grades 4 or above (C) (two of which must be Maths and English Language)
