About London Serviced Apartments:

London Serviced Apartments (LSA), established in 2000, is one of the market leaders in providing a range of serviced apartments, luxury private residences and 5 star hotels throughout Central London, attracting both leisure and corporate clients from across the globe including: USA, Middle East, Asia, Europe as well as Global established companies.

We are now seeking a Sales & Reservations Executive to join our reservations team.

About the role:

This role is very important because client’s enquiries and bookings are the foundation of the company. In a dynamic, competitive and ever changing hospitality sector, a creative independent learner and thinker is essential to convert enquiries into sales.

Your role will primarily be to guide clients through the enquiry to booking process. You will action enquiries from clients via the phone, email, CRM, and other channels, shortlist and find the best suited accommodation for them based on their specification. You will also assist the team in researching options, talking to suppliers and following up with clients to book accommodation.

The role is a permanent office-based role located near Walthamstow Central Station.

Key Responsibilities:

Contacting current and new clients by phone and email and proposing accommodation solutions for their enquiries.
Contacting potential new corporate clients by phone and email, introducing our services and Identifying the key accommodation decision makers within their organization.
Contacting apartments providers and current and new partners including travel and estate agents.
Visiting current and new apartment providers.
Maintaining and updating our listings of accommodation on our database and website.

Key Requirements:

Sales focused, proactive with the ability to think creatively to hit sales targets.
Computer Literate – with emphasis on being comfortable using/editing/maintaining databases
Excellent verbal, written and numerical communication skills
Fast learner and comfortable working in an intimate work setting.
The ability to effectively talk to clients and partners and build rapport.
A proactive and independent approach to workload.

Compensation Package:

Salary: £22,000 per year, reviewed after 3 months probationary period.

Interview Process:

Should you be selected to interview, you will be sent a calendar link with available slots to schedule your initial video meeting assessment.

A short 5 minute initial video meeting assessment.
A longer 15-30 minute video meeting with the Director
An On-site interview / trial day with the team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00 per year
