Due to continued growth, we are seeking both a Paralegal (with potential progression to a Training Contract) and a Qualified Solicitor to join our friendly and supportive team.

Paralegal (Potential Progression to Training Contract)The Role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who is keen to develop a career within private client and property law. This is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience and receive high-quality supervision from experienced practitioners.
The successful candidate will initially be employed as a Paralegal and will work closely with solicitors across our Residential Conveyancing, Wills, Probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney departments.
This role offers potential progression to a Training Contract, subject to the successful completion of a 12-month probationary period, satisfactory performance, business needs, and applicable regulatory requirements. No guarantee of a Training Contract is made. Any offer of a Training Contract will be entirely at the firm's discretion following a review of the candidate's performance, suitability and commitment to the role.
Responsibilities
- Assisting fee earners with residential conveyancing transactions.
- Supporting solicitors in the preparation of wills, powers of attorney and probate matters.
- Drafting correspondence and legal documents.
- Conducting legal research and file reviews.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other professionals.
- Managing administrative and compliance tasks as part of client file management.
- Attending client meetings and training sessions.
- Providing excellent client care and maintaining professional standards at all times.
Requirements
- Law degree, SQE route candidate or equivalent legal qualification.
- Excellent communication and client care skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- A genuine interest in conveyancing and private client work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A strong work ethic, willingness to learn and commitment to developing a long-term career with the firm.

SolicitorThe Role
We are seeking a qualified Solicitor to manage a varied caseload across conveyancing and private client matters. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering excellent client service while contributing to the continued growth of the practice.
The role will involve handling matters including residential conveyancing, wills, probate, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney.
Responsibilities
- Managing residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion.
- Advising clients on wills, estate planning and inheritance matters.
- Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney.
- Handling probate and estate administration matters.
- Maintaining strong client relationships and delivering exceptional client care.
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and professional obligations.
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.
- Assisting with business development and local networking opportunities.
Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales.
- Experience in residential conveyancing and/or private client work.
- Strong technical knowledge and practical case management skills.
- Excellent communication and client care abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload.
- Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to client service.
