Job Description:

Plumber / Bathroom Fitter

We are a well-established, high-end property services company operating across the UK, working with private homeowners, landlords, managing agents, and commercial clients. Due to consistent demand and long-term contracts, we are looking for a reliable, professional self-employed plumber to join our trusted network.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced plumber who takes pride in their work and wants steady, well-organised jobs without the stress of chasing leads. Must be available to work away.

The Role

You will be carrying out a wide range of plumbing works, including:

General plumbing repairs and maintenance
Leak detection and pipework repairs
Bathroom and kitchen plumbing installations
Tap, toilet, radiator replacements
Fault finding and remedial works
Working in occupied residential and commercial properties

Jobs are clearly scoped, professionally scheduled, and supported by our office team.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a employed or self-employed plumber
Strong knowledge of UK plumbing standards and regulations
Own tools
Excellent workmanship and attention to detail
Professional attitude and good communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and customer-focused
Ability to work independently and represent a high-level brand

Gas Safe registration is a strong advantage, but not essential for all work types.

Self-Employed:

· Up to £52,000 per year

· £25 over stay allowance

· Additional Fuel and vehicle allowance

Employed Package:

· Up to £40,000 per year

· £25 overnight allowance

· Bonus scheme

· Company vehicle (for use during work hours)

· Mobile phone (or allowance)

· Tool Allowance

Benefits:

· Pension Scheme

· 28 days holiday inc Bank Holidays

Experience in most of the following is required.

· Full Bathroom Fitting

· General Plumbing

· Aqua Board installation

· Wet room experience

· Experience in other trades could be a benefit .

Licence/Certification

· CSCS (preferred)

· Driving License (required)
