We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Charity Fundraiser to join our organisation. Duties
- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Engage with potential donors, sponsors, and community partners through various channels including events, outreach programmes, and digital platforms.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing supporters to encourage ongoing engagement and donations.
- Organise and participate in fundraising events, campaigns, and public relations activities to raise awareness of organisational objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service to donors and stakeholders, ensuring their experience is positive and rewarding.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content that promotes fundraising initiatives across multiple channels.
- Monitor fundraising progress against targets and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in fundraising, marketing, or relationship management within the non-profit sector is preferred
- Strong understanding of public relations strategies and community engagement techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to inspire others.
- Demonstrated ability to organise events and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Customer service orientation with a personable approach to stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
