Make a real difference every day. Join a charity that brings lifesaving critical care to people across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly. Our service is almost entirely funded by the generosity of our community—and our retail shops play a vital role in keeping our helicopters flying.

It’s a great opportunity to build new skills, grow your confidence, and be part of something bigger—because every purchase helps fund vital, life-changing work in the community.

- Coaching and supporting a team of dedicated volunteers
- Managing stock, donations, and merchandising to maximise income
- Championing Gift Aid and commercial opportunities

- Passion for delivering great service and results
