The Role
An opportunity has arisen for a Forge Team Worker to join our Operations team in Lincoln. Working on a rotating 3-shift basis, you will support the safe and efficient forging of components in line with detailed specifications, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety and productivity.
Key Responsibilities
- Adhere to all health, safety, quality and housekeeping standards at all times
- Assist with the forging of parts in accordance with Forge Instruction Sheets
- Complete production records and monitor process parameters before and during forging
- Ensure soak times, temperatures and hammer processes are followed precisely to maintain product integrity
- Validate part identification and sequencing
- Plan and manage running orders to maximise efficiency and balance furnace workloads
- Set production pace to support optimum throughput
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as requested by management
About You
Essential:
- Previous experience working in a heavy industrial or engineering environment
- Experience working in a safety critical environment
- Strong commitment to safety, quality and teamwork
- Reliable, adaptable, and flexible with working hours
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
Desirable:
- FLT licence or other heavy plant

This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires the jobholder to obtain certain authorisation or security clearances that will require interface with local and U.S. government authorities.
