About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Supply Chain Administrator to join our Customer Service and Planning team. This is a fast paced and varied role where you will play a key part in supporting the smooth running of supply chain operations, coordinating logistics, and ensuring excellent service delivery to our customers.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll support the end to end supply chain process, working closely with internal teams, customers, and external partners. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating day to day administrative activities, including booking meeting rooms and pool vehicles
- Managing customer sample requests from packaging through to dispatch
- Supporting visitor arrangements, including PPE, catering, and transport
- Acting as a first point of contact for calls and customer enquiries
- Raising and managing Purchase Orders, including utilities and operational requirements
- Processing and confirming gate fee, skip, and wastewater orders
- Creating and maintaining feedstock and by-product sales orders within SAP
- Producing and distributing key reports, including inventory, sales, and KPI data
- Supporting compliance processes, including preparation of Annex VII documentation and maintaining logs
- Coordinating export documentation and maintaining export trackers, including customs requirements
- Liaising with customers, hauliers, and internal teams to ensure efficient movement of goods
- Providing data and support for EHS and regulatory reporting requirements
- Maintaining haulage pricing and supporting invoice query resolution
- Providing cross-functional support across Customer, Feedstock, and rPET planning as required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach
- Experience with SAP or similar systems (desirable but not essential)
- Previous experience in a supply chain, logistics, or planning environment (advantageous)
