White Horse, Lincoln
-Starting Salary: £30,000 per year
-45 hours per week
-Driving licence preferred
-Immediate start available.

Are you a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie looking to join one of Lincoln's leading independent restaurants?

White Horse is an award-winning modern pub and restaurant in the heart of Lincoln, renowned for its seasonal menus, exceptional Sunday roasts and commitment to quality, locally sourced produce. Every dish is prepared in-house, and we're proud of the standards we deliver in every single service.

We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to become a key member of our kitchen team.

What we're looking for:

Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready to step up.
Passion for fresh food and high-quality cooking.
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy, professional kitchen.
Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
A positive attitude and strong team ethic.
Driving licence preferred.
