Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the sales department by ensuring smooth operations, maintaining customer relationships, and assisting with various administrative tasks. This position requires strong organisational skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. Duties

Ensure the adequacy of sales-related material.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support as required.
Place Quotations for customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness.
Regularly liaise with customers ensuring delivery of products are timely and to the customers satisfaction identifying further sales opportunities where possible.
Keep up to date with products and the market to give the best service to customers.
Monitor progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
Assist in the preparation and organising of promotional material or events
Ensure adherence to laws and policies

Skills

Good computer skills (MS Office)
Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
A team player with high level of dedication

Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.

BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field; certification in sales or marketing will be an asset
