‘Having a passion for anything youth-related meant that in the final year of my Bachelors degree, I wanted frontline experience of working with young people to increase my employment opportunities. My journey began as a Sessional Worker for Nacro's Lincolnshire NEST service. After completing my degree, I decided to study a Masters degree and continued to work at NEST which was a perfect study-work balance’ Steph Duggan
