Job Summary
Join Our Award-Winning Team as a Cleaner/Janitor

About the Role:

As a cleaner/Janitor, you will play a key role in representing Azurablu Ltd on site, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service delivery are consistently achieved across our client environments. This position will involve working within both office and customer-facing areas, requiring a professional approach and strong attention to detail at all times.

Position Details:

Schedule: Monday - Friday Split Shifts Morning 09:30- 11:30 Afternoon 3pm-5pm Sat 11.30- 1.30
Contract: Permanent contract of employment, Min 22 hours per week
Pay: £13.00 per hour, paid monthly
Overtime: Available throughout the site, and within other areas of the Company
Location: Abronhill ,Cumbernauld

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Carry out all cleaning duties to the standards and frequencies set out for the site
Ensure all assigned areas are cleaned, sanitised, and presented to a high standard
Safely use cleaning chemicals, materials, and equipment in line with company procedures and training provided
Follow all Health & Safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE where required
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or health & safety concerns to management promptly
Ensure cleaning equipment and storage areas are kept clean, organised, and secure
Complete tasks within allocated times whilst maintaining quality standards
Maintain professional conduct whilst working within client premises at all times
Support colleagues and work collaboratively as part of the wider cleaning team
Follow all company policies, site instructions, and security procedures relevant to the location worked within
Attend training sessions and toolbox talks as required by the Company
Represent Azurablu Ltd professionally whilst on client sites

What We’re Looking For:

Previous commercial cleaning experience is essential
Ability to work independently whilst supporting a wider team environment
Strong communication and organisational skills
High standards of professionalism and attention to detail
Ability to pass a Basic Disclosure Scotland check (paid for by the Company)
