Role Overview
As a Plumbing & Heating Engineer with CoreFlow Solutions, you’ll carry out a wide range of domestic plumbing and heating works across Northern Ireland. You’ll be trusted to deliver high-quality workmanship, work efficiently, and represent the business professionally in customers’ homes.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out boiler servicing, fault finding, repairs, and installations across Gas, Oil, and LPG systems in domestic properties
- Complete a variety of general plumbing works, including repairs, maintenance, and new installations
- Diagnose issues accurately and carry out repairs efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to customers
- Work independently while meeting agreed schedules and job standards
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, explaining work carried out and any recommendations
- Carry out work in line with current regulations, manufacturer instructions, and industry best practice
- Identify and report additional works or system improvements where appropriate, without pressure selling
- Represent CoreFlow Solutions on-site in a professional, respectful, and customer-focused manner
- Complete all required job documentation accurately, including service records and compliance paperwork
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures, risk assessments, and safe working practices at all times
- Adhere to company guidelines, processes, and quality standards on every job
- Report any Health & Safety concerns, defects, or issues promptly to management
- Maintain tools, equipment, and company vehicle in a clean and safe condition
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in plumbing and heating
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent)
- Valid CSR Card
- CCN1 Domestic Gas Safety qualification
- Hold a current Gas Safe registration (minimum 12 months remaining at time of application preferred)
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Able to explain technical information clearly to customers
Desirable Criteria
- Commercial experience
- Installation, servicing, and repairs of cookers and fires
- Legionella testing
- Qualifications to work on caravans
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 5:00pm (inclusive of 30-minute unpaid lunch break), or similar hours by agreement with management
- Optional overtime and call-outs available
