WHO WE ARE

PGR Advisory specialises in Innovation Funding — R&D Tax Claims and Grant Funding — with an uncompromising focus on defensible, compliant outcomes that stand up to scrutiny. We've built our reputation on doing things properly, and we're looking for a Sales Executive who shares that standard.

This isn't a boiler-room environment. Our clients are business owners and senior decision-makers, and the conversations we have with them are credible, consultative, and grounded in genuine opportunity. If that's the kind of sales culture you want to grow in, read on.

THE ROLE

As Sales Executive, you'll take ownership of your own outbound pipeline — identifying, qualifying, and progressing opportunities with UK and RoI businesses across our R&D Tax and Grant Funding services. You won't just be booking meetings; you'll be building relationships and developing a genuine understanding of the funding landscape.

Day to day, you'll be:

– Running structured outbound campaigns to business owners and senior decision-makers

– Introducing R&D Tax Relief and Grant Funding clearly, credibly, and without shortcuts

– Qualifying opportunities rigorously — identifying genuine eligibility, not manufacturing it

– Booking high-quality, well-briefed meetings for our advisory team

– Managing your pipeline with discipline and maintaining accurate CRM records

– Collaborating with advisors to deepen your knowledge of technical funding criteria

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

You've got some outbound sales experience under your belt — ideally in financial services or a regulated B2B environment — and you're ready to take the next step. You know how to handle rejection, stay consistent, and keep your pipeline moving without being chased.

– Proven outbound sales experience.

– A track record of hitting targets and taking personal ownership of results

– Resilience and hunger — you thrive on activity and don't need to be motivated from the outside

– Strong communication skills and genuine professional credibility on the phone

– Curiosity about the commercial world — you ask good questions and listen carefully

– Comfortable working in a compliance-conscious, technically nuanced environment

WHAT YOU'LL GAIN

– Deep knowledge of Innovation Funding — R&D Tax, Grant bodies, HMRC and Revenue Commissioner standards
