Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our organization’s talent sourcing efforts. In this pivotal role, you will drive innovative recruitment strategies, build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, and oversee end-to-end hiring processes. Your expertise will ensure we attract top-tier talent across various functions, fostering a diverse and high-performing workforce. Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals, emphasizing lead generation techniques to attract passive candidates.
Manage and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or HRIS platforms to streamline recruitment workflows and improve candidate experience.
Lead relationship management efforts with hiring managers, external agencies, and industry networks to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
Oversee social media management initiatives to promote employer branding and attract diverse talent pools through platforms like LinkedIn, Twitter, and industry-specific channels.
Utilize data analytics and reporting tools to monitor recruitment metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement best practices in human resources (HR) processes.
Collaborate with HR teams to ensure seamless integration of talent acquisition activities with broader HRIS systems like Salesforce or Workday for onboarding and employee data management.
Provide mentorship and leadership to recruiting teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence in candidate engagement.

Requirements

Proven experience in senior talent acquisition roles with a strong understanding of lead generation techniques and sourcing strategies.
Extensive knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Workday, Taleo, PeopleSoft, or similar HRIS platforms.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at all levels across the organization.
Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with external agencies, job boards, social media channels, and industry networks.
Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM tools used for recruitment or HR management purposes.
Strong understanding of human resources practices, including compliance, diversity initiatives, and onboarding processes.
Experience working with social media management tools to enhance employer branding efforts.
Ability to analyze recruitment data and generate actionable insights for continuous process improvement.
