£25,600-£28,000 DOE/Full-Time/Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator/Lisburn BT28

Are you an experienced Dental Receptionist looking for your next opportunity in a modern, patient-focused practice?

Lisburn Dental Care is seeking a friendly, organised and professional Dental Receptionist/Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team. We also welcome applications from GDC-registered Dental Nurses looking to move into a reception and patient coordination role.

This is a varied and rewarding front-of-house position where you will play a key role in supporting patients throughout their dental journey, from first contact through to treatment planning and ongoing care.

Lisburn Dental Care is part of a well-established dental group with over 100 surgeries across 35 practices throughout Northern Ireland and the North West of England.

We provide:

General dentistry
NHS services
Aligners
Implants
Cosmetic and restorative dentistry

All delivered within modern, digitally equipped practices focused on excellent patient care.

The Role

As a Dental Receptionist / Treatment Coordinator, you will:

Welcome and support patients at reception
Manage appointments and patient enquiries
Coordinate consultations and treatment plans
Discuss treatment options and associated costs
Support clinicians and ensure smooth day-to-day practice operations
Assist with finance options and payment plans
Maintain accurate patient records and administration

Working Pattern

Full-time position
Working hours between 8:00am–7:00pm
Final rota agreed at interview

What We’re Looking For

Previous dental experience essential
Dental Reception experience preferred
A GDC-registered Dental Nurse is highly desirable
Strong communication and organisational skills
Comfortable discussing treatment plans and costs
Experience using dental/medical software
Positive, professional and patient-focused approach
