Full job description

We are looking for an experienced, self motivated and detail-oriented Solar Installation Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive learner, reliable team player with excellent communication skills. You should be able to prioritise your work and be able to manage time effectively. We expect you to be a self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Plan work schedules, assigns tasks and delegate responsibilities to Installers and Office Team.
Advise on the handling of all correspondence and enquiries relating to solar installations, technical help from sales reps, organising the schedule for installers.
Organising the office work cycle.
Overseeing general office and field team operation.
Main POC customers, suppliers and stakeholders.
Coordinating appointments and meetings.
Identifying and reporting stock and equipment requirements to maintain proper stock levels.
Producing reports, composing correspondence.
Maintaining office policies and managing health and safety procedures.
Keeping records of solar installations and entering in the database CRM.
Data responsibilities, including GDPR.

Skills

Proven experience working in a Solar PV role (Desirable)
Electrical drawings and component understanding (Desirable)
Proven experience working in a scheduling/coordinating role (Desirable)
Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems and procedures (Required)
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular) (Essential)
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work (Essential)
Attention to detail and problem solving skills (Essential)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Required)
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively (Required)

Lisburn: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
