Head Dental Receptionist, Multi-Site Leadership Role

Locations: Belfast. BT7/BT5/BT28
Full Time: Up to 40 hours (Mon–Sat)
Salary: £27,000–£30,000 DOE + Performance Bonus
Driving licence preferred (travel between sites required)

If you’re an experienced Dental Receptionist or Treatment Coordinator in Northern Ireland who feels ready for more responsibility, more influence, and genuine career progression, this could be your next move.

We’re looking for a confident, commercially minded Head Dental Receptionist to lead and inspire front-of-house teams across three busy, high-performing Belfast practices located in and around the BT7, BT5 and BT28 areas.

This isn’t just a reception role. It’s a leadership position where you’ll play a key part in patient experience, team performance, and practice growth across our Northern Ireland sites.

The Role, What You’ll Be Responsible For

As Head Dental Receptionist, you will oversee front-of-house operations across all three Belfast sites, ensuring:

Smooth, efficient and professional reception performance
Exceptional patient journeys from first contact to follow-up
Strong financial controls and accurate reporting
Achievement of KPIs and commercial targets
Effective rota management and team supervision
Training, mentoring and developing reception teams

You will also play a key role in promoting:

Treatment plans
Private upgrades
Whitening and cosmetic options
Finance options where appropriate

Your confidence in discussing treatment options will directly support practice growth.

What We’re Looking For

We want someone ambitious, organised and ready to lead.

Essential:

Dental reception, TCO or dental practice administration experience
Experience supervising or leading a team
Strong understanding of KPIs and financial targets
Confident discussing treatment plans and private options
Excellent organisational skills
Full UK driving licence (preferred)

Professional and calm under pressure
Positive, motivational leader
Commercially aware
