Part-Time Plumbing & Heating Engineer

Company: Heatflow Plumbing & HeatingLocation: Plymouth & Surrounding AreasJob Type: Part-Time (with potential to become Full-Time)Pay: £18–£25 per hour (depending on experience) or subcontract rate by agreement

About Us

Heatflow Plumbing & Heating is a growing plumbing and heating business covering Plymouth, Torbay, Exeter and surrounding areas. Due to securing additional contracts and an increasing workload, we are looking for a reliable and skilled Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join the team on a part-time basis.

The Role

You will be carrying out a variety of domestic plumbing and heating work including:

General plumbing repairs and maintenance
Bathroom installations
Heating system alterations and upgrades
Cylinder replacements and installations
Fault finding and repairs
Landlord maintenance work
Customer call-outs and reactive repairs
Occasional gas work (if qualified)

Typical plumbing and heating engineer roles in the UK include installation, maintenance, repairs, fault finding and heating system work.

Requirements

Qualified plumber with relevant NVQ/City & Guilds qualifications
Minimum 3 years’ experience preferred
Gas Safe registration desirable but not essential
Full UK driving licence
Ability to work independently
Good customer service skills
Reliable, professional and trustworthy
Own hand tools preferred
