Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across various premises, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for residents and visitors alike. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals with a passion for cleanliness and organisation to contribute to a well-respected organisation.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitising surfaces.
Maintain cleanliness of bathrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces to meet health and safety standards.
Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and linen as required.
Ensure all cleaning equipment is used correctly and maintained in good condition.
Follow health and safety procedures diligently to prevent accidents or contamination.
Report any maintenance issues or damages identified during cleaning duties to your line manager promptly.
Assist with laundry duties when necessary, including washing, drying, folding, and organising linen or clothing.

Requirements

Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
Ability to work independently and efficiently within allocated timeframes.
Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Physical stamina to perform manual cleaning duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
A positive attitude and reliability are essential qualities for success in this role.
