Full job description

What You Will Do

Lead the planning and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and external engagement activities, including digital campaigns, conferences, and webinars, to drive awareness and pipeline
Develop compelling, high quality marketing and client-facing content that clearly communicates Perspectum’s value proposition and supports engagement
Use CRM platforms and performance data to manage marketing activity, track campaign effectiveness, and generate actionable insights
Support business development by identifying new opportunities and contributing to lead generation, nurturing, and conversion activities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to support commercial growth

You may also:

Own key marketing initiatives aligned to commercial priorities and growth strategy
Support go-to-market planning for new products, services, and partnerships
Contribute to proposals, bids, and targeted outreach for high value opportunities
Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance using data and insights

What We Are Looking For

Essential

Experience in business development, marketing, communications, or a related commercial role
Proven involvement in marketing campaigns, client engagement, or revenue generating activities
Strong relationship building skills with the ability to support commercial growth
Experience creating client facing and marketing materials using tools such as Adobe, Figma, or Canva
Excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data
A proactive, collaborative, and commercially focused approach

Desirable

Experience with CRM / marketing automation platforms
Exposure to healthcare, clinical trials, pharma, biotech, CROs, or medical devices
A degree in life sciences, business, marketing, communications, design, or a related field
