Operations Planner & Scheduler

As part of our strategic growth plan, McBreen Enviro UK is seeking an Operations Planner & Scheduler with exceptional organisational and planning skills. This role offers a unique opportunity to influence the delivery of services to our customers through our Salesforce and Dayback Planning Systems.
You will be responsible for advance planning and efficient delivery of services across the UK business, focusing on maximising resource utilisation and streamlining processes. A strong understanding of scheduling and coordination of resources in order to maximise utilisation will be key to succeeding in this role as well as a detail orientated eye to ensure the end-to-end process is followed with integrity.
This is an office-based role in Warrington, offering a challenging, innovative, and rewarding work environment with opportunities for professional growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate works to ensure the efficient delivery of operational services across the UK business.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure effective service planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Process and manage CCTV survey data, ensuring accurate review, validation, organisation, and timely distribution of survey information and reports to support operational delivery and customer requirements.
- Drive performance improvement through optimised planning and scheduling strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including the Operations Delivery and Sales teams.
- Monitor and enhance resource utilisation across the UK business.
- Ensure the end-to-end scheduling process is followed with precision and integrity.
- Maintain accurate operational records and ensure all planning, scheduling, and CCTV data is updated within the company's systems in a timely manner.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance planning processes, data accuracy, and operational efficiency.
