Full job description

Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team and become the new manager at our Liverpool salon. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service while showcasing their creativity and technical skills in hair styling. Rate of pay will be discussed.

Responsibilities

Minimum NVQ Level 3.
Be reliable and Punctual.
Must have excellent hair colouring knowledge and skills.
Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, colouring, and styling, tailored to meet individual client needs.
Engage with clients to understand their preferences and offer professional advice on styles and products.
Maintain a clean and organised workstation, ensuring all tools and equipment are sanitised and in good working order.
Assist with front desk duties, including scheduling appointments, managing client records, and handling payments.
Upsell salon products and services to enhance the client experience and contribute to salon revenue.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive salon environment that prioritises customer satisfaction.
