Caring Connections is the lead home care provider of domicilary care for Warrington West working with Warrington MBC.

We are recruiting across Halton and Warrington area.

Responsibilities:

Our services include CQC registered home care, local heritage projects, suicide prevention programmes and veterans support schemes to individuals in their homes
Follow care plans to support individuals to improve their physical and emotional wellbeing with the aim of reducing social isolation
Deliver personal care (when appropriate) to individuals promoting dignity and respect throughout
Travel across a set area to work with a number of service users per day
Work in alignment with a support team to provide the highest quality of care experience
Hours are available between 7am - 10pm we do not provide overnight work.
