About the Role… Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for hands-on work? KMS (Europe) Ltd is on the lookout for a motivated Installation Engineer to bring innovation to life across the UK. In this dynamic role, you'll travel to various sites to install state-of-the-art digital signage, media players, interactive touchscreens, TV displays, kiosks, and audio systems. Your mission? Ensure flawless installations and reliable maintenance while collaborating within a skilled team of two or more. Occasionally, you'll tackle independent projects where your expertise shines. Skills/Experience We Are Looking For:
- Technical Expertise: Basic installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of AV and digital signage equipment onsite.
- Service Excellence: Conduct routine service and maintenance visits for existing customers while promptly addressing equipment faults.
- Team Collaboration: Work as part of a close-knit team to deliver seamless service to all accounts.
- Independent Work: Confidently manage autonomous tasks at customer sites, ensuring top-quality results without direct supervision.
- Travel Ready: Flexibility to work away from home as required (with hotel and food allowances provided).
- Strong Communication & Work Ethic: Maintain professional conduct with a proactive, customer-focused attitude.
