JOB SUMMARY

To be responsible for collecting cash payments for St. Rocco’s Hospice Lottery, from lottery members on a regular basis.

KEY STRATEGIC RESPONSIBILITIES

To ensure that all members on each lottery collection round have paid their subscriptions and are included in as many weekly draws as possible.

OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Collect from Lottery members on Cash Collection rounds adhering to a regular timetable.
Provide holiday and sickness cover for other Lottery Collectors
Visit existing players to promote alternative payment methods and special promotions.

STAFF MANAGEMENT

FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT

COMMUNICATION AND WORKING RELATIONSHIPS

To report back on as regular basis to the Fundraising Team with any issues or queries.
To attend Hospice meetings where appropriate.

RESPONSIBILITY FOR PATIENT/CLIENT CARE
