Bond Turner is seeking a creative, organised and commercially aware Communications and Liaison Officer who will play a key role in strengthening Bond Turner's relationships with clients, charities and external stakeholders while supporting the firm's wider communications strategy.
The role will also involve monitoring performance metrics, analysing engagement data and refining strategies to maximise reach and client enquiries. The successful candidate will combine creativity with strategic thinking, ensuring that social media activity enhances the firm’s reputation while remaining compliant with legal marketing regulations.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinating and supporting client and charity events, ensuring they are delivered successfully and reflect the firm's values and objectives.
· Building and maintaining strong relationships with charity partners and clients, acting as a key point of contact where appropriate.
· Working closely with the Marketing Executive and Internal Communications team to ensure the firm's key messages are communicated consistently and effectively across all channels.
· Taking a proactive approach to identifying opportunities to promote the firm's people, initiatives, and successes.
· Supporting the firm's social media strategy by helping to create engaging content, promoting events and campaigns, and increasing the firm's online presence and engagement.
· Assisting with internal and external communications to ensure colleagues, clients and stakeholders remain informed and connected.
· Support the planning and delivery of client, charity, networking, and internal events
· Create engaging content for social media, the website, newsletters, and other communication channels
· Assist with promoting the firm's legal expertise, achievements, campaigns, and community initiatives
· Work closely with legal teams to identify opportunities for thought leadership, case studies, and client success stories
· Ensure all communications are consistent with the firm's brand, values, and regulatory requirements
· Support Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and charitable partnerships to enhance the firm's community impact
