Overview

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen standards, and supporting the overall operation of the kitchen. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook dishes in accordance with established recipes and presentation standards
Oversee specific sections of the kitchens.
Ensure all food preparation meets safety and hygiene regulations at all times
Assist in the organisation of ingredients and supplies to ensure smooth kitchen operations
Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy periods
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations, including equipment and utensils
