Full job description

We are looking for an experienced Night Receptionist/ Porter to join our School Lane Hotel.

You as Night Receptionist/Porter

The Night Receptionist/Porter will assist the night manager with any tasks and duties throughout the night shift including:

General housekeeping duties of all public areas.
Assisting with 24 hour room service menu.
Late hotel arrivals or early check ins.
Making note of any complaints or issues and reporting back to the night manager.
Ensure corridors are kept clear of any trays.
Assist with health and safety duties throughout the hotel including security walks.

Your Skills and Experience as Night Receptionist/Porter

Confident, self-motivated, team worker.
Positive, can-do attitude, service with a smile.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Capable of prioritising workload, delegation of tasks, and able to work in a tidy and organised manner.

The position requires the holder to work consistently with the night manager to raise standards and maintain customer satisfaction. A passion for customer service is essential to ensure that every guest and visitor receives a personal service that is consistent and in line with Hope Street Hotel's standards.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
