Full job description

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Concierge to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and assistance to ensure a memorable experience. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and an ability to handle various tasks efficiently while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Responsibilities

Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in procedures.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
Monitor security systems including CCTV, ensuring the safety and security of guests and property.
Assist in loss prevention efforts by being vigilant and reporting any suspicious activities.
Maintain an organised front desk area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible.
Conduct regular surveillance of the premises to ensure guest safety and comfort.
Provide first aid assistance when necessary, ensuring guest wellbeing at all times.
handling mail & parcels/packages.

Experience

Previous experience in a customer service role is essential; experience as a Concierge is advantageous.
Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is highly desirable.
Knowledge of first aid practices is beneficial; certification in first aid is a plus.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clientele.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and guest satisfaction.
