Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Paralegal to join our legal team in Liverpool. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in the legal field, specifically within personal injury law. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our solicitors and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible representation. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic legal environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist solicitors in preparing legal documents and case files related to personal injury claims.
Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties to gather information and provide updates.
Maintain accurate records and manage case files in accordance with legal standards.
Prepare and file court documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Assist in the organisation of case meetings and hearings.
Provide administrative support to the legal team as required.

Qualifications:

A minimum of GCSEs in English and Mathematics or equivalent qualifications.
Experience in a legal environment is preferred but not essential.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
