Join the Bliss Front of House Team!
We’re looking for an organised, adaptable receptionist to join our friendly team. At Bliss, front of house is about so much more than sitting behind a desk and taking calls; you’ll be the heart of the salon, providing essential support to our management team while working closely with our clients to ensure they have an exceptional experience.
What you’ll be doing
This is a hands-on, interactive role where no two days are the same. You’ll be:
- Creating a warm welcome: Delivering a first-class client experience from the moment someone walks through the door.
- Providing expert advice: Engaging with clients to offer skincare and make-up tips.
- Managing the buzz: Staying calm and professional during busy periods to keep the salon running smoothly.
- Driving our brand: Using your marketing skills to manage social media, email campaigns, and admin systems like Excel.
What we’re looking for
We need someone with drive and a genuine passion for service. You should be:
- Tech-savvy: Experienced with social media, email marketing, and Excel.
- Flexible: Happy to work a varied rota to suit the needs of the salon.
- A natural communicator: Comfortable chatting with clients and working as part of a close-knit, fun team.
* The position is minimum 9h per week but the successful candidate MUST HAVE FLEXIBILITY to regularly assist with covering holidays and time off, potentially at short notice*
