We are recruiting for a confident, dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our small yet creative team. This will be a very engaged role involving many different aspects of a fast-growing business and will require someone with a passion for people and fragrance alike. Working from our Edinburgh boutique, you will act as an ambassador for the brand, assisting with the daily operations of the store and ensuring all customers receive a quality experience.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver a warm, engaging and memorable experience for every customer who visits the store.
- Develop authentic connections by offering considered fragrance guidance and confident product knowledge.
- Contribute to store sales goals while keeping excellent customer service at the heart of every interaction.
- Handle customer questions and requests in person, by telephone and via email.
- Supporting day-to-day store operations with enthusiasm and attention to detail.
- Delivering a high standard of customer service and care.
- Assisting the store team across a variety of tasks, adapting to the needs of the business.
- Contributing positively to a collaborative and creative team environment.
- Play an active role in keeping the store running efficiently each day.
- Receive and process deliveries, replenish products and help ensure stock records remain accurate.
- Maintain a clean, organised and inviting shop environment.
- Assist with store opening and closing responsibilities.
- Uphold Jorum's visual identity and presentation standards throughout the store.
- Present products thoughtfully and consistently, reflecting the Jorum aesthetic across the shop floor.

- Retail or customer-facing experience would be advantageous.
- A genuine passion for providing thoughtful and memorable customer service.
- An interest in fragrance is preferrable but not essential.
- Confident using digital tools and technology.
