The Converters Home Improvement Group is an ambitious and fast-scaling multi-brand home improvement business with a vision to become a leading digitally-led home improvement group across the UK. They have the following brands within the group:

Through strong branding, modern marketing, CRM automation, remote sales capability, and scalable operational systems, the group is focused on expanding into new regions and launching additional divisions including home extensions and windows & doors.
Due to continued growth and expansion, we are now looking for a commercially driven Marketing Manager to help accelerate lead generation, customer acquisition, digital growth, and regional expansion across Scotland and the UK.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and is obsessed with performance, leads, data, and measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Support our team to manage and scale Meta and PPC digital advertising campaigns
- Drive qualified lead generation across multiple brands
- Improve conversion rates, landing pages, funnels, and customer journeys
- Build and optimise CRM automation systems
- Support regional expansion campaigns and growth initiatives
- Manage direct marketing campaigns performance, KPIs, and ROI
- Work closely with directors on business growth strategy
- Assist with remote sales systems and AI-driven automation projects
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience in performance marketing and lead generation
- Proven experience with Meta Ads and digital campaign management
- Understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation
- Commercial and results-focused mindset
- Data-driven with strong analytical skills
- Entrepreneurial attitude and hands-on mentality
- Experience within home improvements, construction, property, or high-ticket sales would be advantageous
