Stage 1: Sift
At sift, you will be assessed against the following Success Profile elements:
Experience you will be asked to provide a CV (unlimited wordcount) and personal statement (1000-word count). Please provide evidence of your Experience of the following:
Experience of developing, delivering, or supporting learning, talent, or workforce development initiatives within a complex organisation.
Experience of working with a range of stakeholders to identify capability needs and implement learning or development solutions that support business objectives.
Experience of providing advice and guidance on talent management, learning and development, workforce capability, and learning management systems involvement in people-focused activities.
Experience of managing competing priorities, resources, budgets, or programmes, ensuring effective delivery of outcomes and continuous improvement.
The sift will take place week commencing 30th and 31st July 2026
Stage 2: Interview
At interview stage, you will be assessed against the following Success Profile elements:

Experience
You will also be required to create and deliver a presentation to assess the Behaviour Seeing the Big Picture. Guidance will be provided if you are invited to interview.
The interviews will take place week commencing 13th and 14th August 2026
This interview will be conducted in person at our Swansea office (DVLA, Longview Road, Morriston, Swansea, SA6 7JL). Further details will be provided to you should you be selected for interview.
