Full job description

Brilliant Group are growing and have an excellent opportunity for individuals experienced in the financial services industry. We are a B2B business that relies on building strong relationships with our mortgage brokers. We are specialist brokers that aim to help mortgage advisers nationally place mortgages with lenders who can help their clients.

Duties Include:

Completion of Residential and Buy To Let mortgage processing.
Reading and interpretation of Credit reports
Researching and Instructing Valuations.
Keeping up to date with product and criteria.
Checking supporting documents within money laundering and financial crime guidelines.
An analytical approach to work.
Complying with company policies and procedures.
Managing workflows and day to day diary management.
Placement of cases with a suitable lender

Essential:

Ability to hit deadlines
Ability to use initiative.
Ability to hit work well in a team.
Experience in a mortgage administration role or equivalent role within the mortgage industry

Desirable:

CeMap or Equivalent but not essential
Underwriting experience (preferably mortgage underwriting – not necessarily mandated)

Reporting: The role will report directly to the Broker Support Manager.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
